The world's best-selling and most widely used playing card brand bicycle playing cards are joining the NFT boom.

Taking measures that have never been taken by other playing card brands, Bicycle will launch its first NFT series today (December 9th, US Eastern Time) at Lume Studios in Tribeca, New York City from 7 to 10 pm.

Bicycle's NFT series will use the brand's iconic card, which will be transformed into the next 1000 years by artist Adrian Valenzuela. Although it won't be released until 8 o'clock tonight, last week's trailer for the series (you can watch it below) indicated that NFT will adopt a futuristic and ultra-modern design.

In addition to the NFT unveiling, the conference will also feature immersive art experiences, cocktails, food stations and performances by the famous magician John Stessel. Participants will also have a fireside conversation with the Bicycle executive team, including CEO Stefaan Merckx, and they will share how the brand is in a leading position while constantly innovating and breaking through the limits of tradition and innovation. Before the actual NFT is announced, there will be an exclusive trailer showing.

Since 1885, the Bicycle brand has been manufactured by the American Printing Company, which was renamed the American Playing Card Company (USPCC) in 1894. In addition to Bicycle, other branded playing cards produced and distributed by USPCC include Bee, Tally-Ho, Congress, Aviator, Aristocrat, Mohawk, Maverick, KEM, Hoyle and Fournier. USPCC also produces novel and customized playing cards and other playing card accessories, such as poker chips.
