The sound of a lawnmower is the sound of business to Tre’shawn Pittard.

My kind neighbour gave me the lawnmower yesterday, says Tre’shawn. The tyre of the lawnmower I’ve been using for a few weeks broke off, so I need to get a new one.

Tre’shawn, 11, is a Riverside Elementary fifth-grader. He trims grass in the background.

Tre’shawn, also known as Rozay, is generating business and handing out business cards as he advances toward mending his old mower.

Rozay adds, who is now thinking ahead to the upcoming season and preparing to shovel snow, “I started because my brother started taking me to cut grass with him, and he told me if I make more money, then I can help my mom out.”

On Facebook, a photograph of one of his playing cards next to a picture of Tre’shawn garnered thousands of shares over the weekend. Rozay’s mother will now transport him around the Toledo region to mow. He attributes the concept to his 16-year-old older brother Jaivon Starks.
