A major update is expected in December.

Since Turtle Rock Studios’ Back 4 Blood was released in October, the original developer behind the first Left 4 Dead was released in October. Millions of fans have spent hundreds of hours building custom decks and Destroyed by zombies. This week, the studio and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released the game's first roadmap on their official Twitter account, so that everyone can understand the rest of the year and expectations for 2022. As part of the free update, Back 4 Blood will provide a single-player offline mode and story expansion for players who want to use the robot to enjoy the game alone.

Starting in November, Turtle Rock Studios plans to update the game with improved quality of life and major bug fixes. December is when the first major update of the game arrives. Players can look forward to new supply lines, the so-called "cycling practice area" and holiday seasonal activities. Next month will also see the arrival of the offline version of Solo, including campaign progress, new card types, and brand new cards for customizing your deck.

At some point in 2022, other features, such as new player cards, new difficulty, new corruption cards, new co-op mode, melee updates, and more quality of life improvements. But the annual ticket makes everyone excited. Three expansion packs are planned to be released next year, starting with Terror Tunnel. There is no detailed information about the other extensions, but it is said to include new cleaners, rides, activity type weapons, cards, and exclusive skins.

The annual pass, including the expansion pack, is priced at US$39.99, as part of the Back 4 Blood Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition, and is priced at US$89.99. Although it needs to be updated to balance the difficulty level, the game performed well in the reviews.

At the end of October, it was reported that more than 6 million players have played Back 4 Blood-although interestingly, there are obviously more people playing Left 4 Dead 2 than the game. Back 4 Blood is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. Back 4 Blood is also available on Xbox Game Pass.

The new perspective on the plot teases this movie to be more complicated than "Riddler vs. Batman."
